The AE Clarity Study Results; How Does Your Firm Measure Up?

For more than 37 years, hundreds of AE professionals throughout the United States and Canada have participated in one of the largest, most sought-after industry reports, The Deltek Clarity A&E Industry Study. This comprehensive report covers all facets of the operating infrastructure of an AE firm including financial performance, project management, business development and talent management (new in the 37th annual report). With more than 50 key performance indicators (KPIs) identified throughout the report, the Clarity study has become a significant benchmarking tool for the AE industry.

Although there was overwhelming evidence of financial stability in 2016, the battle for talent continues. This year, the “people” aspect went much deeper than just Talent Management.
